Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken

Healthy Mumma Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken

Serves 4-6


Chicken Marinate

4 Chicken Breast, thinly sliced
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons Paprika
Himalayan Pink Salt and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Creamy Garlic Sauce

2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
6 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
2 Cups Baby Spinach
1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (for some heat).
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Dry Parsley
Himalayan Pink Salt and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Tomato Paste
1/4 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes in Oil, sliced
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated (add more if you want a thicker sauce).


    1. Mix all the ingredients for the chicken and marinate.
    2. Cook chicken breasts in batches in a frying pan on medium high heat. 
    3. While the chicken is cooking, in another frying pan over medium heat, melt butter.
    4. Stir in onions and garlic (make sure the garlic don’t get burnt). Once it’s translucent, add sun dried tomatoes, tomato paste and the spices.
    5. Stir in the heavy cream and spinach and let it simmer for about 5 to 7 minutes covered or (until the spinach is wilted).
    6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and add the chicken to the pan. Serve and enjoy.
