Simple Fish Bake

Healthy Mumma Simple Fish Bake

Serves 4-6


8-10 Pieces of White Fish Fillets (I used John Dory and Snapper)
4 Tomatoes, chopped
4 Garlic Cloves, roughly chopped
1 Lemon, sliced
1 Lemon, juice
Lots of Olive Oil
Himalayan Pink Salt and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
Lots of Parsley, chopped


    1. Preheat oven to 200C.
    2. Place all ingredients into a baking tray.
    3. Season the fish with salt and pepper and spoon the mixture over and around the fish.
    4. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
