Honey Roasted Turmeric Chicken

Healthy Mumma Honey Roasted Turmeric Chicken

Serves 4-6


20-25 Chicken Tenderloins
1/4 Cup Raw Honey
1/4 Cup Tamari
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Tablespoon Tapioca Flour
3 Spring Onions, chopped


    1. Preheat oven to 200C.
    2. To make the glaze whisk honey, tamari, turmeric, garlic and tapioca flour until fully combined in a baking dish. Add chicken and coat in the mixture, add half the spring onions and put it in the oven.
    3. Bake for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
    4. Serve with the remaining half of fresh spring onions.
