Healthy Mumma Healthy Chocolate Spread


2 Cups Raw Hazelnuts (Filtered Water as Required)
2 Cups Rice Malt Syrup or your choice of natural sweetener i.e. Raw Honey, Coconut Sugar, Coconut Nectar, 100% Maple Syrup. 1/2 Cup Almond Milk or Filtered Water
1 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil, melted
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract Pinch Himalayan Pink Salt (optional) 


    1. Soak hazelnuts covered in filtered water overnight. Drain and rinse.
    2. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and combine into a spread.
    3. Place into a glass jar and enjoy! Tip: For a smoother texture you can roast your hazelnuts instead of soaking overnight and then remove the outer shells.

    4. Serve and enjoy.
