Chicken Ginger Sesame Salad
Serves 4
Ingredients
Dressing
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Tamari
3cm Piece of Ginger, finely grated
Himalayan Pink Salt and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
Salad
1 Roast Chicken, store bought, shred the chicken
1/4 Wombok Cabbage, finely sliced
1 Carrot, cut into bite size pieces
1/4 Iceberg Lettuce, finely sliced
3 Spring Onions, finely sliced
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds, toasted
1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds, toasted
2 Tablespoons Black Sesame Seeds
Handful of Fresh Coriander chopped
Method
1. To make the dressing, combine all ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
2. In a large bowl combine all salad ingredients, mix well.
3. Add dressing and combine until the salad is well coated. Enjoy.
