One Bake Salmon

Healthy Mumma One Bake Salmon

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

4-6 Pieces of Salmon, skin off
Chat Potatoes, cut in half
2 Punnet’s Cherry Tomatoes
Handful Green Beans, cut into bite size pieces
Handful Fresh Basil Leaves
4-6 Garlic Cloves, leave skin on (garlic will squeeze out of the skin when cooked)
Olive Oil
Himalayan Pink Salt and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 200C.
    2. In a large baking tray place the potatoes in the tray, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Cook the potatoes for 20-30 minutes first as they will take longer to cook.
    3. Take the tray out of the oven the place the remaining ingredients around and on the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Cook for a further 20 minutes.
    4. Take out of the oven, serve onto plates and enjoy.
